Company Background

12 Points is a young company, but one with decades of experience in the world of printing and mailing. It was launched officially in 2025 as an umbrella entity to develop new client relationships and create cross-brand opportunities for the five companies within our ownership portfolio. Our company is called 12 Points Network because we operate and represent a network of distinct companies doing business as separate brands and separate P&Ls—all operating within different facets of the printing, mailing, marketing-services and branded merchandise space. While we technically are a “broker” because we develop and manage client relationships directly but don’t operate our own equipment, we are wholly unique in that we have a direct pipeline to and an ownership connection with the companies who perform that work.

12 Points is a Washingtonstate Certified Woman Owned Business and a King County designated Small Contractors and Suppliers (SCS) enterprise. Thanks to our family of companies, we feature a wide breadth of equipment and technical expertise, operating out of a facility in south Seattle, one in Bellevue and one in Tukwila. While 12 Points has been actively operating and building out its model over a short period of time, all the companies within our family have been in business 40 years or more, earning strong reputations and, collectively, serving more than 1,500 organizations.

Led by owner Cortney DePasquale, who serves as both president of 12 Points and chief administrative officer for our entire network of companies, 12 Points team consists of client managers with extensive high-level experience in bothprint-services and creative-agency work. We serve as a single point of contactand single-source solution provider for clients, delivering extraordinary execution of visual communication projects and programs delivered through one or more of our network companies, bringing in the right entity as the specific need of a client, or project, requires.

Many of ourcompany’s combined 55 employees have been working in their area of expertise for decades, and with their specific brand for as many as 20 years. At the sametime, we rely on employees who can do multiple things/operate multipledifferent devices. This provides for both redundancy and flexibility in scheduling, and—though employees all work for a particular business—many perform work across locations and brands, which allows us to tap internal resources when one business has a crunch project, for example.

Following is a brief overview of the companies that make up the 12 Points Network:

PMA Direct Marketing (PMA) has been a regional leader in direct mail solutions, list acquisition, datautilization and production of complex, multi-part, perfect-match mailings since 1981. PMA is the company that will manage and perform the King County Jury work. PMA was brought into our ownership portfolio in 2019. Major utilities and government entities, tribal corporations, non-profits and health careorganizations—as well as many printers without in-house mailing capabilities—rely on the know-how and advanced equipment of PMA. Today, PMA produces and mails several million pieces every month.

QualityPress (QP) has been operating in Seattle’s Georgetown neighborhood since 1981, serving mostly local small- and mid-sized businesses in industry, professional services, real-estate, construction, finance and technology. Owner John DePasquale purchased the business in 2008—and has been expanding its capabilities and reach ever since. It was one of the first printers in the Northwest to operate HP’s largest, most cutting-edge digital press, the Indigo 12000, and is recognized regionally for its adoption of technology in the business, its outstanding print quality and its expertise in personalized, variable-data printing. Quality Press is the foundation from which all the other 12 Points businesses were acquired.

The breadth of expertise and resources across our family of companies enables incredible speed, flexibility and execution firepower.

Lacy &Par was brought into our family of companies in 2023, and operates out of shared office, production and warehousing space with PMA in Tukwila. Like its sister company, it has earned a strong reputation for its knowledge and extraordinary precision in the planning, production and fulfillment of mailing campaigns. Its clients include many county and state government agencies and major corporations, in addition to direct-mail advertising agencies and political campaigns.

Our promotional-products distributor within our portfolio also operates out of ourTukwila location. Printcom has heavy client concentrations in the automative, hospitality, telecom and professional services worlds. It is known for developing creative solutions to unique and complex multi-part kitting andfulfillment challenges brought by clients. Printcom has been operating since1986 (and part of our Network since 2021) and is led by long-time promotional-industry veterans.

AAA Printing is the largest and most award-winning commercial printer in Bellevue. The oldest operator in our portfolio (foundedin 1978), AAA is the newest addition to our network, having been acquired in2023. While AAA has earned a region-wide reputation for excellence in offset print production and small mailing jobs, AAA also features high-quality digital print production in both small format and large format. Its client base is diverse, but concentrated in private education, real-estate, retail, the wine industry and major Eastside employers.

12 Points serves as both the business development arm and the quarterback for this whole network of companies—orchestrating planning and production deliverables through the brand and team that best fit not just the needs of a client, but a particular project. Collectively, we are one of the largest privately held printing and mailing companies in the Pacific Northwest. This breadth of expertise and resources across our family of companies enables incredible speed, flexibility and execution firepower.
